Take your riding up a notch!
This is a series designed to help novice riders become more confident, successful riders by developing their bicycle riding skills. Each ride in the series will feature a focused topic. This week’s topic is
BODY POSITIONING (getting started, staying comfortable, decreasing body stress)
Meet at 8:30am at the parking lot next to Two Rivers Skatepark for a deep dive into body-to-bicycle energy transfer, the 3 things not to do when you ride a bicycle, and more.
What to bring
Bring your bicycle, a helmet, a snack, and water or other hydration.
Who can attend
This series is open to the general public for riders 18 years & up, 16 years & up with guardian present. Please contact KJ at email@example.com or via voice/text at 615-763-3788 if you have any questions.
Masks are OPTIONAL. The class will be held outdoors and is weather pending.
