Drop in at the Bike Fun table to get rolling on your bicycle wellness journey.
Come join us at the New Beginnings Center on Craighead Avenue to find out more about bicycles and bicycle riding. We’ll be tabling along with other groups talking about movement, general health, & strength development. This is a women-only event.
Bicycling helps with physical and mental health as well as just being a fun way to get around. Get advice on bicycle sizing, finding a bicycle, and maintaining a bicycle at this event. We will be inside; masks are required for entry.
Bike Fun is a non-profit whose mission is to create joyful riders in Middle Tennessee.
The New Beginnings Center is a non-profit whose mission is to help women with lower income levels discover the strength in themselves, inside and out, and to become the healthiest they can be.
